Piedmont Rescue Mission

Tony Honeycutt, Executive Director
John (Tony) Honeycutt was born and raised in Haw River, NC. He has been serving as the Executive Director of Piedmont Rescue Mission since 2008. Previously, he was a missionary to Kenya, along with his wife Tammy. They spent over 10 years in the field establishing a church, a Bible institute, and a nursery school. Tony and Tammy also spent many years directing Grace Haven, a home for troubled and at-risk youth which was formerly a service of Piedmont Rescue Mission. Tony holds a Doctorate in Theology from Golden State Seminary, an M.A. in Christian Education from Bethany Seminary, and a B.A. in Religious Education from Bethany Bible College. Additionally, he has a certification from the Evangelical Teacher Training Association, a diploma from Greensboro Bible Institute, and has taken coursework through Liberty Baptist College.
